HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
You can arrive as early as you'd like! Keep in mind you will not have access to the building until your appointment time.
You are asked to check in for your appointment (utilizing the link sent via text or send a text to 404-476-1036 to let us know you arrived) and wait in your car or outside on the bench until you receive confirmation from your service provider that they are ready to meet you at the door.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY IN-PERSON APPOINTMENT?
If it's your first visit, we will conduct a consultation and skin analysis to determine your concerns, find out your skin history through a series of questions, and discuss your current regimen, products, and your goals.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY VIRTUAL APPOINTMENT
You will receive a link to your video call 1 hour prior to your appointment via email. Please access this link as soon as possible to insure your connectivity. Once you log on, your service provider will be waiting to let you in to the call.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I RECEVE A TREATMENT?
For maintenance we recommend once a month. If you are in a series of treatment or looking to target things like acne and hyperpigmentation, you may receive weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly treatments. This varies for each person and will be determined in you treatment plan.
