cancellations and rescheduling

ALL DEPOSITS & PARTIAL/ FULL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

We understand that sometimes things happen and changes and adjustments need to be made. Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hour notice for changes, cancellations, or rescheduling of appointments. ALL DEPOSITS and FULL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients miss the opportunity to receive services.

ALL DEPOSITS & PARTIAL/ FULL PAYMENTS ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE WITHIN 48 HOURS

Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 48 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. In order to secure a NEW appointment slot (reschedule) an appointment within 48 hours, a NEW deposit or the FULL balance(at my discretion) will be required for that NEW Appointment time. (Your late cancel balance + your new appointment slot).

No refunds on full payment for cancelled appointments or appointments changed within 48 hours. You are able to reschedule as needed up to 48 hours before your Appointment. Late Cancellation/Late Reschedule/No Show for an appointment paid in full will result in an ADDITIONAL $25 fee to be changed to the card on file.

If there are any issues with your card on file and the late cancel fee is not able to be processed nor is it rendered via another payment method, you will be banned from online booking.

In the case of bundled services, these services have been combined at a discounted rate. If you decide to cancel or forego any part of the series the service is no longer considered a bundle and therefore each individual service will be regarded at its full price. Cancelling part of a bundle within 48 hours will result in being charged 100% of the individual service at full price, not the discounted package price.

There is no refund for subscriptions, series services, or packaged (Buy,Get) services once any of the services in the series or package have been rendered. By purchasing the series or package, you agree to pay the full amount to the subscription, series, or package in full.

As a courtesy, a confirmation request is sent electronically 72 hours before your scheduled appointment. In addition a reminder message is sent 24 hours before your scheduled appointment by email and/or text messaging from our online appointment scheduling software. From your confirmation message, you have the option of the following without a charge:

reschedule/change/modify your appointment via the link provided;

cancel your appointment via the link provided;

respond back by email with any changes or issues;

Text our business number which is provided in the email for immediate assistance


Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification of your appointments from us is not sufficient reason to miss an appointment. You should even be able to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar by tapping the time and date in the message.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. After 15 minutes (without PRIOR notice), your appointment is considered a no-show, your appointment will be rescheduled, and the 100% charge will apply.

All appointments must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless you are pre-booking. Your credit card information is stored will full encryption.

It is mutually understood that if a change, cancellation, or rescheduling is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

If we have to cancel a client with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honor the same policy and your rescheduled appointment will be 50% off the original charge.

The 48 hour change, cancellation, and rescheduling policy gives us time to inform our clients of any availability and keep our schedule filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for viewing and supporting our 48 hour change cancellation and rescheduling policy criteria!

Refunds

There is no refund for single services, series services, or packaged services once any of the services in the series or package have been rendered. ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
